Which areas of Saint Lucia do you cover?
We work island-wide, from Castries and Gros Islet through to Vieux Fort and Soufrière. Travel time is factored into the quote upfront so there are no surprise charges for distance.
Do you handle both electrical work and equipment repair?
Yes — that is the point of the business. We cover electrical installation and power systems alongside electronic and industrial equipment repair, so jobs that cross both trades stay with one contractor.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Emergency callouts are prioritised, and clients on a maintenance contract get a committed response window. Mark your enquiry as an emergency and we will come back to you the same day.
Do you charge for a quotation?
Site assessments for quotable work are free. Diagnostic work on equipment repair carries an assessment fee, which we tell you upfront before you leave anything with us.
Do you work with contractors and project managers?
Regularly. We work from drawings, attend site meetings and sequence our work around the build programme so we are not the trade holding up the schedule.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Usually yes, whether it is wiring, solar, CCTV or a network. We will assess what is there, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and quote to repair or replace the rest.
