Solar sized on your bill, not on a brochure

We design from twelve months of your actual consumption, specify equipment rated for salt air and storm loading, and install it so it keeps producing years after commissioning.

What this covers

  • Consumption analysis and system sizing from your utility bills
  • Grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid photovoltaic system design
  • Inverter, charge controller and battery storage installation
  • Roof and ground mounting engineered for wind loading and coastal corrosion
  • Changeover and backup circuit design so critical loads stay live
  • System monitoring setup and handover training
  • Servicing, panel cleaning and performance checks for existing arrays

Common problems

What we usually get called about

If one of these sounds familiar, it is a job we do regularly.

“An installer quoted a system size without seeing a bill.”

How we handle it

We size from twelve months of consumption and tell you honestly what the array will and will not cover.

“Power cuts take out refrigeration, POS or pumps.”

How we handle it

We design a backup circuit around your critical loads so those stay live on battery while the rest of the building waits for the grid.

“An existing array produces less than it used to.”

How we handle it

We test string output, inspect connections for corrosion and clean the panels — most losses we find are serviceable, not terminal.

Our process

How a solar & battery job runs

  1. Step 1

    Consumption review

We analyse your bills and load profile to establish what the system has to deliver.

  2. Step 2

    Design & proposal

You get the array layout, equipment specification and an honest production estimate.

  3. Step 3

    Installation

Mounting, DC and AC works, inverter and battery commissioning, and grid interconnection.

  4. Step 4

    Handover & monitoring

We walk you through the monitoring app and set the service interval.

Questions

Solar & Battery — frequently asked

Straight answers, including the ones that might talk you out of the job.

Will solar keep my power on during an outage?

Only if the system includes battery storage and a properly designed backup circuit. A standard grid-tied array shuts down when the grid goes down — we will make sure you know which you are buying.

How are the panels secured for hurricane season?

Mounting is specified for wind loading, with fixings and rails selected for coastal corrosion resistance. We will explain the mounting method as part of the proposal.

Do you service systems you did not install?

Yes. We test, clean and repair existing arrays and inverters regardless of who installed them.
