This website is operated by DTech Electrical & Technology Solutions (https://www.dtechslu.com). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

The site describes the services DTech offers and provides a way to request a quotation. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for work exists until DTech issues a written quotation and you accept it in writing.

Information on the site

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but service descriptions are general. What is appropriate for your property depends on a site assessment. Descriptions of process, timelines and inclusions are indicative, not a specification for your job.

Nothing on this site is technical, electrical or safety advice for your particular situation. Do not use it as a basis for carrying out electrical work yourself. If you suspect an electrical fault, isolate the supply if it is safe to do so and contact a qualified electrician.

Enquiries and quotations

When you submit an enquiry, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to request work for the property in question. We will use your details to respond, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond within one business day, but response times are a target and not a contractual commitment unless stated in a signed maintenance agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a booking or guarantee availability.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and are based on the information available at the time. Where site conditions differ from what was assessed, we will agree any change with you in writing before proceeding.

Emergency enquiries

The contact form is not an emergency channel. It is checked during business hours and there is no guarantee anyone will see a submission immediately. In a genuine emergency — exposed conductors, burning smell, smoke, or a live electrical hazard — call us directly and contact the emergency services if there is any risk to people.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, graphics and code of this site belong to DTech or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not republish or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, DTech is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability for work actually carried out is governed by the quotation and any works agreement you sign — not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, and the courts of Saint Lucia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
